At DiPinto Painting, we stand behind our work even after your project is complete. Our two-year limited workmanship warranty gives you added peace of mind when choosing us for your home. If you notice an issue with our work, contact us so we can inspect it, and take care of any repairs covered by our warranty.
Our limited workmanship warranty covers peeling, blistering, or chipping paint caused by defects in our workmanship for two years from the date your project is completed. For covered repairs, we provide the labor, paint, and necessary preparation materials at no charge to you.
Repairs are limited to the affected areas. Because paint can change in color and sheen over time, an exact match to the surrounding finish may not be possible.
What’s Not Covered
This limited workmanship warranty does not cover:
•Pre-existing imperfections in drywall, trim, or other surfaces that were not included for repair in our agreed scope of work.
•Failure of underlying paint layers that were applied before our work, unless caused by our preparation or application.
•Damage caused by leaks, water intrusion, or ongoing moisture problems unrelated to our workmanship.
•Structural defects, settling, or building movement, including resulting cracks and nail pops.
•Damage to horizontal surfaces caused by standing water or persistent moisture.
•Normal wear and tear, fading, or chalking unrelated to defective workmanship.
•Damage caused by impact, abrasion, misuse, pets, vandalism, or harsh cleaning products and methods.
•Damage caused by fire, hail, storms, floods, or other natural events.
•Additional damage caused by neglect or an unreasonable delay in reporting a known issue.
